Built On Family
In 2017, mother-son duo Dawn and Josh decided to take a leap of faith and purchase the Bohemian Ovens Bakery and Restaurant in Bloomer, WI. Shortly afterwards, Dawn quit her job and pursued her dream, managing the restaurant full time. Ever since then, the pair have hit the ground running, building "The Ovens" from a local favorite to a regional brand based out of Bloomer, Wisconsin.
The Ovens' dine-in menu features delicious breakfasts with timeless classics, along with several signature items, including one of our personal favorites, our oatmeal pancakes. We also offer savory lunches, with our build your own burger option being one of our most popular selections.
